Pricing Information

Attendance pricing for php|works and PyWorks consists of a single price for the main conference (which is held on November 13 and 14) and an optional additional fee for the tutorial day (November 12). Note that you do not need to sign up for the tutorial day if you only want to attend the main conference.

• Academia / Non-profit / Government pricing applies to members of accredited secondary and post-secondary institutions, and staff of non-profit or governmental organizations only. Proof of non-profit status or academic credentials (such as an e-mail address hosted on a domain owned by a qualifying institution) must be submitted at signup.

• Student pricing is applicable to students of secondary and post-secondary institutions, including vocational schools. Student ID is required at check-in.

• Alumni pricing is applicable to participants to past php|architect conferences only.

• User Group pricing applies to members of a Python/PHP/Linux/MySQL user group anywhere in the world. Please use your UG e-mail address when signing up.

• Multi-user pricing applies when two or more attendees sign up for the conference at the same time (e.g.: with the same fax, or on the same phone call). Please note that pricing is per attendee.

• OSS Contributor pricing applies to contributors to open-source software. Please contact us for more details.

Hotel Accommodations

We have negotiated the special rate of $139.99 US (+ 13% tax) at the Sheraton Gateway Atlanta Hotel (where the conferences take place) for conference attendees (up to two persons per room). Please note that availability at this rate is limited and subject to availability.
